Will it look obviously AI-generated?
Not with our approach. We combine AI generation with brand assets, real product visuals you provide, and motion design — the result looks polished and intentional, not synthetic. The key is strategy and art direction, not just pressing a button.
Do I need to provide footage?
Not necessarily. We can produce entirely from AI-generated visuals. If you have existing product photos or footage, we incorporate them — it usually makes the creative stronger. But it's not a requirement to get started.
Can you do Swahili voiceover?
Yes. We produce in Swahili, English, or bilingual. The AI voice is natural and clear — well suited to Kenyan and East African audiences. We can also adjust tone and accent within the AI voice system.
How many videos do I get per month?
It depends on your plan. Starter plans include 4 videos per month (each in all formats). Growth plans include 10+ videos with full variant testing. We'll recommend a volume based on your ad spend and the number of campaigns you're running.
Can video ads run alongside my other BrighterMarketing services?
Absolutely — and they work much better together. When video ads are managed alongside our Ad Campaigns service, creative and media buying are optimised as one system. Most clients see their best results from this combination.
What's the minimum commitment?
Monthly rolling retainer, cancel with 30 days' notice. We don't do lock-in contracts. If you're not seeing results, we work harder — and if it's still not working, you can leave without penalty.
